If you are seeking God, or perhaps beginning your walk with Him, in Christ we find salvation in following Him.
Salvation from Your Past Sins
Making this step for your life, you should know that God is merciful, and will grant you eternal life free from your past sins and mistakes. His redeeming love has been revealed through His sacrifice, His Word, and within our lives.
In fact, His sacrifice was made as we continued to sin: “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8).” We have the promise of eternal life, of salvation, in Jesus Christ:
But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
(Ephesians 2:4-7)
Coming to Christ
If you are seeking meaning in your life, it is found with Jesus Christ, in the truth that is in His presence, as found throughout His Word (the Bible), His work within this world, and throughout the many blessings we share.
In order to follow Christ, we learn that we must believe in Him and proclaim (confess) in Him:
that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
(Romans 10:9-10)
As you find His love in this world, in your heart, producing conviction in your soul of His presence, read the Gospel and begin your walk with God.
In Christ you can and will be saved if you follow Him.
God Bless.
