Sandwich Fillings

What does your sandwich filling do for you? What need is it filling? We do what we do because it satisfies some need within ourselves. 

What does lazy parenting, binging, smoking, lying, dishonesty (whatever!) do for you? It offers only temporary satisfaction. It will not bring any kind of success. There is a better way.
